I totally forgot my girfriend's birthday so I scrambled to find a rose arrangement online to send her because she is a total romantic and loves roses. She fell in love with the two dozen roses I sent her. I understand that it is not a good idea to wait until the last second because I am not the only customer and there is a limited time in a work day but you did everything possible and the roses got there even before she did...
