Substitution policies

Substitutions sometimes are necessary to make sure your order is delivered on time. We will always substitute the item for one of equal or greater value.

Flowers

For arrangements of different flowers, we will make our best effort to use the colors shown, if substitution is unavoidable we will use flowers of equal or greater value.

For flower arrangements of only one flower type, such as all roses, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with a similar color.
